Set down a quiet leafy lane, this delightful cottage (same ownership as T13) is a romantic conversion of a former chapel; featuring original beams, it is full of character and charm and offers its own garden with a sitting-out area. Commanding panoramic views of open woodland and countryside, the holiday cottage stands high up in the Camel Valley within 50 acres of shared terraced gardens and woodland which lead down to the River Camel. Walks from the doorstep - the Camel Trail (300 yards) leads to either Padstow or Bodmin Moor. The Cornish coast is a 20-minute drive away and Wadebridge (2 miles) offers a range of shops and restaurants. Fishing (salmon and seatrout in season), tennis and riding all available locally. Shops 4 miles, pub 2 miles.

Fully fitted kitchen/dining room. Steps down to cosy living room with wood-burning stove. Cosy double bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Open-tread stairs to first floor: Pretty double gallery bedroom with 5ft bed and sloping ceiling.
