Situated in a peaceful location, this single-storey barn conversion has been renovated to a high standard and has spectacular views across the Camel Estuary towards Padstow and Rock. Attached to another property, The Linhay features a half-acre garden surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideal for games and outdoor dining. The open-plan kitchen, dining-room and living room all enjoy views of the estuary. Ideally situated close to many of the tourist attractions this area has to offer, including Padstow, with its many interesting shops, array of pubs and restaurants and quaint harbour. From here visitors can hire a cycle and ride the Camel Trail where there is an abundance of wildlife. Shop 3 miles, pub 1½ miles.

Beamed living/dining room with large well-equipped kitchen area and patio doors leading to garden with sea views. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle and toilet. Two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Slate floor throughout.
