Situated on a small sheep farm, tucked away in a very pretty valley on the Lizard Peninsula, this detached barn conversion is perfect for holidaymakers who desire peace and tranquillity, especially at the end of a day on the beach. The nearest beach is Poldhu Cove, just 1½ miles away and is a lovely cove with a beautiful sandy beach, small beach shop/cafe. Mullion Harbour and the pretty village of Porthleven are close by. For walkers the coastal path is quite spectacular, while just 1 mile away on the cliffs and sand dunes is Mullion golf course. Shops and pubs 2 miles.

Six steps to entrance. Utility. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Two twin bedrooms. Fully-tiled shower room with toilet. First floor: Spacious, open-plan, beamed living/dining room with electric ‘woodburner’, well-equipped kitchen area and French doors to Juliet balcony.

    "Beautiful location with a real ’get away from it all’ feeling, yet near enough to beaches and attractions. The cottage is on a working farm so we made friends with the sheepdogs and the owners - both of whom were charming! Aug 2011."
