This detached holiday barn conversion has been beautifully decorated and renovated to a very high standard, and lies adjacent to the owner’s home. The main bedroom has a beamed vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of space and relaxation, and the large windows throughout let in plenty of light. Situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds, the Lincolnshire coast with its miles of sandy beaches and the seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness are easily accessible as is the cathedral city of Lincoln. The immediate area offers excellent walking and cycling with quiet lanes and bridleways. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile.

Living/dining room with well-equipped beamed kitchen/breakfast area with wooden floor. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and beamed vaulted ceiling. Twin bedroom with additional pull-out single bed (alternative sleeping for child only).
