A tranquil retreat within 8 acres of the beautiful wooded Lynher Valley in an AONB on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The huge Scandanavian-style open-plan living room, with its oak beams and wooden floors is on the first floor to take advantage of the lovely views. This is a delightfully peaceful area, ideal for walkers and nature lovers, with private trout fishing on the river below the holiday property. An excellent touring base, with good access to both the wild north coast and the gentler south coast of Cornwall. Within easy reach of Dartmoor and Plymouth. Liskeard and Launceston (both 7 miles) offer shops, inns and restaurants. Golf and riding locally. Shop 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

Three bedrooms; - one double and two twin. Bathroom with over-bath shower, bidet and toilet. Separate toilet. Open-treads and railings to large spiral stair and galleried first floor: Spacious beamed living room with wood-burning stove, wooden floor, French doors to garden and modern fitted kitchen/dining area.
