Set within the grounds of the owner’s home with its own garden and spacious ground floor accommodation, it is a stunning property. It is superbly furnished with a romantic bedroom, ceramic tiled shower room, oak floors, beautiful granite top work surfaces and ceramic floor in the fully fitted kitchen. Ideally placed for shopping, theatre and sightseeing trips in the cathedral city of Exeter (4 miles), or for exploring the delights of Dartmoor National Park. NT properties nearby. Nature and cycle trails in Forestry Commission ½ mile, sandy beaches 9 miles. Shop/P.O. 3 miles, hotel bar and restaurant ¼ mile.

Entrance with electric sun awning. Extremely comfortable beamed living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob. Beamed double bedroom with 5ft four-poster bed. Shower room with toilet.
