Sitting prettily in the centre of Oulton Broad this delightful cottage and its lovely garden are just 50 yards from a park and the broad itself where visitors can hire a boat take river boat trips or simply watch the waterborne world go by. One of an attractive row Sycamore Cottage is ideally placed for enjoying the area's myriad attractions including Blue Flag beaches (1½ miles) speed boat racing on Oulton Broad visits to Somerleyton Hall and Gardens family fun at Pleasurewood Hills and the glories of the Suffolk Heritage coastline. Southwold home to the renowned Adnams brewery popular summer theatre and a charming traditional pier is 12 miles and Aldeburgh Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere are all within an easy drive. Shops pubs and restaurants are 20 yards and Lowestoft is 1½ miles.
