Situated on the edge of the hamlet of East Down, and adjoining the owner’s beautiful Georgian home, this pretty holiday cottage enjoys a quiet and peaceful location, yet is close to all the area’s main attractions. The cottage has a wealth of character, including flagstone floors, beams and inglenook fireplace, with wood-burning stove.

"Well equipped cottage that was more spacious than normal for a property that sleeps 4. Welcoming tea tray, excellent carrot cake, and eggs were a lovely touch. Garden safe for the dogs who enjoyed pottering in and out. Felt very private and not overlooked"

"Upon reaching the cottage we bought some free range goose eggs from the road side. When we arrived at the cottage the owner had made some terrific carrot cake and also left us with some of her free range hens eggs - really nice touch. We did not get to us"
