Located in historic Kenilworth with its fine castle, this charming renovated mid-17th century cottage is one of the oldest in the row situated opposite Abbey Fields park in the heart of the town. The Kenilworth Castle Millennium Trail can be followed around the castle and surrounding countryside to take in this beautiful and scenic part of the world. With Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon close by, as well as the NEC at Birmingham, visitors will not want for exciting excursions and things to do whilst on holiday. Warwick University Arts Centre 10-minute drive. Shops 100 yards, pubs 150 yards.

Step and a half down to beamed living room with inglenook fireplace. Beamed farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with quarry-tiled floor. Separate toilet. Original turned oak staircase to first floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed, oak floor and dormer window. Twin bedroom (zip & link beds). Bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment and Velux window.
