A delightful 45-minute walk along the towpath from historic Bath, this attractive and comfortable property enjoys lovely private views over the Kennet and Avon canal from its patio garden. Refurbished, this double-fronted holiday cottage at the end of a row, is just 400 yards from the heart of the village of Bathampton, with the first Governor of Australia buried in its chapel. Bath (2 miles), one of Britain’s most elegant cities, offers spectacular architecture, interesting shops, good food and nightlife. Bristol 13 miles. Golf 2 miles. Shops ½ mile, excellent and very old pub 250 yards.

Entrance hall. Modern, well-equipped, fitted kitchen. Attractive sitting/dining room with ‘coal-effect’ fire and door to garden. Cloakroom/toilet. First floor: Three pretty bedrooms; one double, one twin and one single. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
