With superb panoramic views of the sea and coastline from its principal rooms, balcony, terrace and gardens, this spacious, modern detached house is only 300 yards from a sand and shingle beach in Downderry. Set on a small hillside development, the property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
Downderry is a small village on the coast, with a pub, restaurant, café and shop within half a mile of the house. Seaton is very close and has a popular sand and shingle beach and a nearby monkey sanctuary. Looe is 7 miles away and is an interesting seaside resort with a lovely sandy beach and offers boat and fishing trips. The old picturesque fishing village of Polperro is 12 miles away. The famous country house at Mount Edgcumbe is close by. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 30 miles. Plymouth with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities (cinema, theatres, bowling and ice skating) is half an hour away. The Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium and Plymouth Hoe are well worth visiting. Bodmin Moor can also be reached within half an hour and offers excellent walking and pony trekking. Shops ½ mile.

One bunk bedroom with sea views and doors to terrace. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
