Peacefully situated in a pretty conservation area in this pretty Roman town, this beautiful holiday apartment overlooks the river from its balcony and has been converted to an exceptionally high standard. Set above the former boathouse of the neighbouring owners’ magnificent home, it enjoys shared use of a secure garden and grounds, with fishing on the river. Stratford-upon-Avon (6 miles) has five restored properties linked to Shakespeare (in and close to the town), Europe’s largest butterfly farm and the RSC Theatre. Cotswolds within easy driving distance. Worcester 18 miles. Golf and riding locally. Shops and pubs serving food 250 yards.

External stone steps to first floor: Spacious sitting-room with dining area. Modern fitted kitchen. Pretty double bedroom with antique bed and balcony overlooking the river. Shower room with toilet.
