This delightful barn conversion, a rural holiday property, adjoins the owner’s house and has south-facing uninterrupted views over the Cheshire countryside. With a spacious living room, it enjoys a first floor secluded balcony on which to relax with a glass of wine while watching the sun go down over the golf course. The area is ideal for walkers. Nearby is leafy Delamere Forest, with the sandstone Trail and ‘Little Switzerland’ on the doorstep. The pretty village of Tarporley is a short distance; the historic city of Chester is just 7 miles with its famous cathedral, city walls, racecourse, zoo and unique shopping ‘Rows’. Motorsports enthusiasts will find a feast of exciting races at Oulton Park, 5 miles. For shoppers, ‘Cheshire Oaks’ retail park is a short drive. Shops and pubs about 1 mile.

Spacious ‘L’ shaped living/dining room with beamed ceiling, feature triple floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors to patio. Beamed kitchen. Cloakroom with toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft brass bed, dressing room, French doors to balcony, and en-suite shower room with toilet.
