Ideal for a family seaside holiday and with tremendous character, this delightful 250-year-old farmhouse is well furnished and enjoys a decidedly friendly atmosphere. Adjoining the owners’ small apartment, in a peaceful and serene setting, it stands in a large and colourful award-winning garden yet is only 2½ miles from Newquay, with its many shops, restaurants and pubs, a zoo, boating lake and a sports centre with a splash fun pool. The surrounding NT land offers good walking terrain. Pretty Crantock (1½ miles) boasts a thatched pub and an extensive sandy beach. Shop 1½ miles.
