Peacefully set in the heart of a perfect quintessentially English village this delightful Grade II listed black and white cottage is itself brimming with character and charm. Recently renovated to a high standard it sits a short stroll from a fine dining pub and the tranquil waters of picturesque Marbury mere. Good walking is enjoyed locally with quad biking a high ropes trail and golf nearby. The market town of Whitchurch (4 miles) Nantwich Chester and Shrewsbury are all easily accessible. Shop 3 miles.

Sitting room with exposed beams and traditional stove. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Sun room/snug with patio doors to garden. Conservatory. Utility room/W.C. Steep narrow stairs to first floor: Two double bedrooms one with ensuite shower room/W.C. Twin bedded room with 2' 6" beds. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
