With lovely sea views overlooking Pendeen Watch lighthouse, this delightful converted barn is just off the coastal path on the edge of the village which lies between St Just and St Ives. The cosy detached accommodation benefits from slate floor with underfloor heating, stable door to living room, oak kitchen/dining room with patio doors to the well-stocked patio garden with raised beds, sitting area, barbecue and sea views. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Portherras Cove, Sennen, the mining heritage at Geevor Tin Mine, Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, and Penzance. The local village has a pub and shop, with easy access to the rugged local coastline. Shop ¼ mile.

Cosy living room. Compact kitchen/dining room with breakfast area. Shower room with toilet. Slate heated flooring throughout ground floor. Steep, open tread paddle-style stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with wooden floor and sea views.

    "Cosy cottage as described, excellent location with lots of walks for our dog. Brilliant fish and chip shop at top of road and pubs very welcoming. Nice touch with the tea, biscuits and flowers on our arrival. Had excellent weather so we were able to spend"

    "The cottage was warm and cheerful, the garden excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was lumpy and uncomfortable. We could not discover how to adjust the underfloor heating. June 2011."
