In the heart of 1066 Country this quaint oast house offers comfortable and peaceful accommodation its sitting room and double bedroom in the oast's roundel. Enjoying views (pictured) over open countryside it sits in the grounds of the owners' home where they run a small private livery yard. Just 2 miles away is the historic town of Battle and the beaches at Hastings and Bexhill are 8 miles. Picturesque Rye Bodiam and Pevensey Castles and Sissinghurst are all easily accessible. Pub serving food and shop 1½ miles.

Four steps up to entrance. Farmhouse style kitchen with dining area. Three steps down to cosy sitting room. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath). Spiral staircase to lower ground floor: Double bedroom with glass door to patio.
