This beautifully positioned holiday cottage overlooks a mill pool where there are 200 yards of (coarse) bank fishing and a summerhouse. Set close to the owners’ home, it enjoys use of a dinghy on the other side of the mill (when conditions are suitable) – a chance to explore this beautiful stretch of river, which leads to the village of Swanton Morley (3 miles). Equidistant from Fakenham and Norwich (15 miles), and within easy driving distance of all Norfolk’s attractions. Shops and good village inn serving food, 2 miles.
