On the edge of the popular village of Wookey, this adjoining former milking parlour offers peace and quiet. The grounds boast a secluded patio, conservatory and heated swimming pool. The village has a working water mill. Easily accessible, Wells has one of the finest cathedrals in the country. Also of interest are large moor land bird sanctuary, Glastonbury Tor, Longleat House and Stourhead Gardens. Shop/PO 400 yards.

Living room with open fire, French windows on to lower patio and additional fold-out bed (for +1). Well-equipped French-style kitchen/dining room. Utility with Belfast sink. Double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi shower room. Separate toilet. Metal, open tread, spiral stairs to first floor: Victorian-style double bedroom (zip & link beds) with additional single bed (for +1) and en-suite bathroom with toilet via dressing room.
