Enjoying panoramic views over the beautiful rolling hills of the Wye Valley border area this spacious and very comfortable contemporary property sits peacefully within easy reach of good roads and a myriad attractions. 'Black and White' Ledbury Newent Royal Forest of Dean and Gloucester's historic docks are all under 10 miles whilst Cheltenham's festivals and excellent shopping are a half hour drive. Great walking cycle hire an indoor pool museums and cinema are all nearby. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

Open plan sitting/dining room with wood burner and well equipped kitchen. Spacious double bedroom with zip and link bed (twins by arr) and ensuite bathroom/WC and separate shower cubicle. Cloakroom/WC. First floor: Two double bedrooms both with zip and link bed (twins by arr) balcony and ensuite bathroom/WC and separate shower cubicle.
