This former fisherman’s cottage dates back to the 18th century and is spectacularly situated, just
6 yards from the sea. One of a row, the holiday property has been completely refurbished whilst retaining its original charm, the neutral palette being inspired by the rock pools close by. All floors have stunning sea views and the delightful paved and walled front garden looks directly over the sea towards St Clement’s Isle and St Michael’s Mount with distant views down the coast towards Lizard Point. The heart of the village is within easy walking distance and offers a harbour and beach as well as pubs, restaurants, shops and art galleries in its quaint narrow streets. Shops and pub 500 yards.

Beamed living/dining room with slate floor and kitchen area. Spiral stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with 6ft bed. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Spiral stairs to second floor: Twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and dormer window with views over the bay.
