Trembath is a delightful, spacious, detached house with rustic charm. Quiet but not remote, it is ideal for entertaining family and friends - enjoy relaxing in a real gentleman’s residence and a taste of country living dating back to the 17th century. This beautiful detached granite farmhouse retains many original features and historic atmosphere. The open-plan dining room with huge table is perfect for large family gatherings or grand entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen is excellent for socialising whilst cooking. Nestled at the end of a long private lane, it is set in a peaceful wooded valley and has stables housing two family ponies. The grounds are delightful, with a huge rear lawn and raised patio/decking area complete with built-in barbecue, excellent for al fresco dining. The perfect hideaway, yet just a short distance from the quaint harbour and village of Mousehole, the delightful fishing harbour of Newlyn with narrow streets and numerous art galleries, and Penzance, with its long promenade, outdoor swimming pool, harbour, marinas and shopping centre. Beautiful Mount’s Bay, with its long sandy beach with St Michae’ls Mount rising from the sea like a fairytale castle, is open daily and can be reached on foot by causeway at low tide or by small boat at high tide. Marazion has an abundance of small shops, art gallaries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Visit Land’s End or The Minack Theatre cut in to the rock face overlooking the ocean and beautiful beach at Porthcurno. Surf or stroll along the magnificent White Sand Bay at Sennen Cove. There are many gardens to explore; walks, sailing, fishing, bird watching, wildlife and water sports are all close by. Enjoy a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly from Penzance by helicopter or take the Scillonian ferry or small aeroplane from Land’s End Airport. Shop and pub 1 mile, beach and harbours 2 miles.

Two spacious twin bedrooms, each with wooden floor. Spacious bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, separate large shower cubicle and toilet.
