Nestling in a natural tapestry of woodland and water, these 3 charming apartments form part of St Conan's Tower, a unique and historic Tower House, overlooking Loch Awe. The Tower was built from granite from the nearby Cruachan Mountains 100 years ago. A unique feature is the 'Tower Lounge' (shared with all apartments) which boasts amazing vistas across the Loch and mountains to Kilchurn Castle. The surrounding woodland garden can be enjoyed by guests who can loose themselves in this true haven of tranquility and relaxation at any time of the year. The Tower is 5 mins from the village shop and pub (serving bar meals) and this is an excellent location for touring with endless opportunities to appreciate the diversity and beauty of this area. Recreational amenities in the local area are varied and superb - these include fishing (loch, river and pond), golf, walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing, birdwatching, watersports, and winter sports/skiing. There are many tourist attractions in the local area as well as boat cruises and the famous West Highland railway line each way to Oban and Glasgow. Comprehensive information packs are provided in all apartments and a warm welcome is guaranteed from the owners. Cruachan Sleep 2. On the 3rd floor, this lovely apartment is indvidually furnished and decorated with attractive finishing touches. It enjoys views over Loch Awe and the mountains. 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, spacious sitting/dining room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom. All electric. Fridge/freezer, microwave, Sky television, video, CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided in all apartments. Laundry/drying room, carport for bicycles and ample car parking.
