Lying 200 yards from the sandy beach, promenade and pier, this pretty coloured town house, one of a row, is within easy walking distance of the town centre with its wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants. With a small enclosed seating courtyard, it is well equipped and furnished to provide a warm welcome all year round. Cromer boasts a carnival week (held during the third week of August), an RNLI lifeboat station and museum, 18-hole clifftop golf course, promenade gardens and pier with theatre hosting regular concerts and visiting performers. West Runton 3 miles. Sheringham 5 miles. Shop and pub 200 yards.

Kitchen/dining room with range (for cooking), tiled floor and French doors to garden. Separate toilet. First floor: Living room with electric ‘log-effect’ fire. Reading room. Second floor: Bunk bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Third floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, toilet and sloping ceiling.
