This delightful unspoilt detached Victorian gate lodge with exposed beams and antique furnishings in its sympathetically restored interior sits across the A458 from the Llanfair narrow guage railway and within 3 miles of Offa’s Dyke. Set 30 minutes from Lake Vyrnwy’s sailing cycling and RSPB reserve its location grants easy access to beaches in Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia’s mountains. Shops pubs and restaurants a short walk. Very comfortable sitting room with open fire. Well equipped kitchen with Esse electric cooker and breakfast area. Conservatory/dining room. Double bedoom with 5’ four poster bed and en suite bathroom/WC with Victorian roll top bath and shower over. Steep ladder stairs to first floor: Single bedroom with ‘cabin style’ bed.
