Idyllically situated enjoying country views in lovely peaceful gardens beside the River Witham this smartly furnished ground floor apartment is surprisingly only a ½ mile riverside walk from the centre of Grantham. Boasting its own private decked verandah - a delightful spot in which to relax and watch ducks and swans gliding elegantly on the water - it also shares the welcoming owner's pretty garden. Belton House (N.T.) is just a mile Belvoir Castle and Woolsthorpe Manor are 7 miles whilst Burghley House Stamford Nottingham's Castle and Caves Lincoln's cathedral and castle Doddington Hall and walking and cycling at Rutland Water are all within an easy drive. Dining pub 200 yards shop ¼ mile.
