Glorious panoramic views over meadowland and the Staffordshire moorlands and a peaceful farmstead location are enjoyed by visitors to this recently built farmhouse. Perfect for larger groups it boasts a smart modern exceptionally spacious and luxurious interior half an acre of garden and access to free fishing – all within 8 miles of both Alton Towers and the cycle trails of the Manifold Valley. Also about 8 miles away the Potteries offer a wealth of attractions including china factory tours craft areas shops and museums as well as the Waterworld swimming pool indoor skiing and bowling. Within 4 miles a steam railway provides scenic trips whilst more energetic visitors can enjoy paintball games or wonderful walking in the Churnet Valley. The great houses of Shugborough Hall Little Moreton Hall and Chatsworth all lie within easy reach and golf and riding are available nearby. There is a dining pub and restaurant in Cellar head (1 mile) and the nearest shop is 1½ miles whilst more extensive shopping is 4 miles.

Cloakroom/W.C. First floor: Two double bedrooms one with 5' bed both with TV and ensuite bathroom/W.C. and separate shower cubicle. Two twin bedded rooms both with ensuite shower room/W.C.
