The beautiful area of Loch Awe epitomises tranquility and serenity and these stunning timber lodges command unrivalled views over the majestic loch from their elevated hillside position within the landscaped grounds of Sonachan House. The lodges are finished to a very high standard and are bright and spacious with some delightful finishing touches throughout. The beautiful shared garden has a patio area for outdoor living, picnic benches and play areas for children. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, exploring or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and tranquility. Fishing is popular on Loch Awe and boats can be hired on a daily or hourly basis from the hotel, 1/2 a mile away. Day trips are popular to Dunoon, Inveraray, Oban and Lochgilphead. There are 2 hotels with good restaurants within a short walk. Shops 8 miles. This chalet boasts a superb hot-tub which is set in an elevated position with stunning views over the garden to the majestic loch. This superb chalet is beautifully furnished and fitted to offer a unique holiday home in a beautiful setting with outstanding facilities.
