Stylishly renovated spacious and well equipped Lane Cottage enjoys panoramic views and a secluded rural setting yet lies near the Victorian spa town of Llandrindod Wells (2½ miles) fishing in the Elan Valley Rhayader’s spectacular Red Kite (daily) feeding station and Hay on Wye. The area is superb for walking mountain biking and bird watching with play barns adventure parks cycle hire and riding close by. Cardigan Bay’s dolphins Aberdovey and Cardiff are within day trips. Pub and shop 1½ miles. Very comfortable beamed open plan sitting room with wood burner kitchen and dining areas and doors to terrace. Second sitting room with TV and sofa bed (for alternative sleeping only). Up two steps to bathroom/WC. Double bedroom. Small twin bedded room (for + 2). Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC. Stairs down to double bedroom with TV and ensuite wet room/WC. Double bedroom with sitting/dining area and ensuite bathroom/WC (shower over bath).
