The name says it all – this newly converted single storey property boasts an elevated setting above the surrounding fields affording panoramic countryside views stretching several miles to the fells of the Lake District. Its modest exterior belying the comfort and style of its architecturally designed interior making best use of its dimensions it is peacefully tucked away in the old part of the village with footpaths leading from its gate yet is only 2 miles from a water sports centre fishing lakes and canal towpaths. A good road network ensures a huge range of attractions are within approximately a half hour's drive including Lake Windermere Morecombe Bay the city of Lancaster (8 miles) the Yorkshire Dales and the quaint market town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Shop and pub serving food 300 yards.
