Set on the fringes of a village within a short drive of both Glastonbury Tor and Street home of the famous Clarks' shopping village this very comfortable first floor property boasts its own hot tub and is ideally placed for exploring a wide variety of attractions. A wing of the owners' home whose extensive grounds offer 600 yards of fishing rights and stabling for visitors' own horse it is an easy drive from Wells England's smallest cathedral city Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. Golf riding and tennis locally pub serving food ¼ mile shop 1 mile.

Eight external steps to entrance on first floor: Comfortable and spacious open plan sitting room with well equipped kitchen and dining area. Steps up to snug with TV. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. (electric shower over bath).
