This 18th-century fisherman’s cottage enjoys excellent views of the sea and the pretty harbour of Polperro – a picturesque fishing village famous for its smuggling connections. Boasting a sunny, south-facing terraced garden, this beautifully furnished cottage is ideally placed for a traditional seaside holiday. Within yards are antique and curio shops, inns, restaurants and tearooms. Tidal beach, NT coastal path, fishing and boat trips (seasonal) a short walk. Riding and golf locally. Eden Project 30 minutes’ drive. Looe 5 miles. Shops 100 yards.

Beamed, well-equipped fitted kitchen/dining room with TV and traditional slate floor. First floor: Beamed double bedroom with Victorian antique bed, vanity unit and window seat with sea and harbour views. Second double bedroom with Velux windows and partial wainscoted walls. Shower room with toilet. Second floor: Living room with beamed vaulted ceiling, window seat and sea and harbour views .
