This elegant late Victorian terraced townhouse sits in a commanding position above the beautiful and dramatic Fowey Estuary and enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, harbour and river. Highmead has recently been renovated to a high standard offering all of the comforts of modern living, sits in a no through road and offers a peaceful yet accessible location. Shop and pub ¼ mile.

Large living/dining room with multi-fuel burner, views over the sea and harbour, wooden floor and spacious, well-equipped kitchen with limestone floor. Utility. Separate toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle and toilet, one with TV and sea views. Second floor: Double bedroom with 6ft, zip & link bed. Bathroom with toilet.
