Set in the peace and tranquillity of 125 acres of a working farm, this comfortable and characterful old holiday cottage is only 2 miles from the coast and cliff walks leading to atmospheric Tintagel. Close to the owners’ farmhouse and reached via a farm track, it has its own patio and enclosed garden, and is within an easy drive of the golden surfing beach at Polzeath and the sailing resort of Rock. Sports centre, swimming pool, riding and golf, 4 miles. Shops and village inn 1 mile.

Very large, beamed living room with open fire and dining area. Well-equipped fully fitted kitchen. Wet room with power shower and toilet. First floor: Three bedrooms; one double and two twin. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle with power shower and toilet.
