Set in the peace and tranquillity of 125 acres of a farm, this comfortable and characterful old detached holiday cottage is 2 miles from the coast and cliff walks leading to Tintagel. Close to the owners’ farmhouse and reached via a farm track, it has its own patio and enclosed garden, and is within an easy drive of the golden surfing beach at Polzeath and the sailing resort of Rock. Also close by are the fishing villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow, home to Rick Stein’s fish restaurant and cookery school and from where the Camel Trail runs to Bodmin. Shop ½ mile, pub 1½ miles.

Spacious living/dining room. Well-equipped kitchen. Wet room with toilet. First floor: Double bedroom. Two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet.
