With delightful views across open countryside from their pretty lawned gardens, these attractive and very comfortable properties have been tastefully converted from barns and are within a 15-minute drive of both the North and South Cornwall coasts. All holiday properties are situated in the same area and are set within a 2-acre site with landscaped grounds which have individual seating areas, barbeque and children’s play area. This is a lovely wooded, secluded, rural spot on a non-working farm which is close to beaches and tourist areas. The Long Barn (GLP) brims with character and charm, and boasts a split-level living arrangement and cosy open fire. The Stable (TE1), one of a pair which have been converted, has an open-plan living area which has been designed to take in the full height of the building with an exposed beamed ceiling, traditional gas stove and French doors leading out to its own terrace with extensive countryside views. Billy’s Barn (TE3) was formerly the goat house and this characterful barn has exposed stone walls with a comfortable sitting area with traditional gas stove for cosy evenings, and its own outside seating area for alternative relaxation. With large doors to the front of the property letting light into the dining area, there is a further kitchen area with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Swallows Barn (TE2) situated next to the Stable also has its own terrace with far reaching countryside views to enjoy from the seating area. With an up-to-date modern kitchen and bathroom, this property offers modern facilities with the classic, Cornish granite facade. The open-plan living space has a raised living area with a door to the garden and there are a further two bedrooms with a modern bright bathroom. Many town amenities and a leisure centre are just
4 miles away at Helston, and the complex is in an ideal location for visiting the many National Trust properties and gardens in the area. Penzance, The Lizard and picturesque St Ives – famed for its beaches and art galleries – are all within 30 minutes by car. Village pub 1 mile. Golf and riding nearby. Shop/P.O. 1½ miles.
