Just a mile from Cornwall's exciting Eden Project (right photograph) this detached newly refurbished barn is set on the owners' farm with local footpaths giving direct access to The Saints Way. Within 3 miles are Par Sands and locations for many Daphne du Maurier novels celebrated in her May Festival. Mevagissey the Lost Gardens of Heligan Lanhydrock (N.T.) and Truro are within a ½ hour drive. Shops inns 2 miles.

Hall. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/W.C. (shower attachment). Twin bedded room with wash basin. Single bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower attachment). First floor: Spacious sitting room with open fire balcony and steps to garden. Well equipped kitchen with dining area. Cloakroom/W.C.
