With the dramatic scenery and sandy beaches of the North Cornwall Coast just 2 miles away, this pet-friendly conversion of an 18th-century stone barn enjoys far-reaching views over open countryside. Approached along a track, the detached holiday cottage is peacefully set with its own sitting-out area on a 125-acre farm in a corner of the original farmyard close to the owners’ home. There are river and woodland walks close by; the surfing beach at Polzeath and sailing resort of Rock are within easy reach. Visit Boscastle and Padstow, from where the Camel Trail runs to Bodmin. Shop and pub ½ mile.

Two steps to entrance. Large living/dining room with far-reaching countryside views and kitchen area. First floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
