This single-storey barn conversion, situated outside the quiet picturesque village of Ludgvan, with pub and ancient church, enjoys sea glimpses towards Mounts Bay and views of the surrounding countryside. There is easy access from the holiday property to tour the county with St Michaels Mount (NT), Penzance, 4 miles, and St Ives, 4 miles, with its artistic heritage, Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, as well as the large sandy beaches of Hayle, Sennen or Mounts Bay. Shops 1 mile.

Large open-plan living/dining room with woodburner in granite inglenook, French doors to decking, wooden floor and kitchen with polished granite worktops. Beamed throughout. Utility. Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room with toilet and marble floor. Twin bedroom with zip & link beds. Bathroom with roll top bath, shower cubicle, toilet and marble floor.

    "The property was lovely, but could have done with a few alterations, the television is above the sofa, not easy for people to view if more than 2 people staying and we had to defrost the fridge, something that had been commented on previously and was clea"
