Tastefully converted and very cosy, this single-storey property has retained many of its original features, including exposed beams and brick-built fireplace. Set within 500 acres, and close to the owner’s home, this detached holiday cottage is set on a working arable farm. The historic city of Hereford lies 4 miles distant, and the Welsh borders, Forest of Dean and Hay-on-Wye are all easily accessible. Farm shop 1½ miles, pub serving food nearby.

Beamed open-plan living/dining room with electric fire in brick fireplace, French windows to patio area, and spacious modern kitchen area. Beamed double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet.
