Nestling in a quiet cul-de-sac in a leafy residential area on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Ayr, this delightful detached villa offers a particularly well appointed family holiday home. It has been tastefully finished to a very high standard and patio doors in the lounge open onto the rear garden with patio and garden furniture for al fresco dining. All rooms are on the ground level making it suitable for guests with limited mobility. For the younger members of the family, a short walk leads to the animal Farm Park and the lovely sandy beach is nearby, or visit Loudon Castle Theme Park. Robert Burns' birthplace and Burns Heritage Park are popular local attractions or take a day to enjoy the delights of Culzean Castle and Country Park. Ayr is a bustling, thriving community with a wonderful choice of places to eat out, cafes, pubs and leisure activities. 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower-room, 1 twin bedroom, large lounge with patio doors, spacious kitchen/dining room, bathroom with spa bath. Cooking by gas, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, Sky television, Broadband, CD player. Bed linen and towels provided.
