The lodge is the wing of a Grade II listed, 17th-century house, in the village of Mere. With spacious interior with many original features and a private enclosed patio area and garden. The village has local amenities and is well placed for exploring the surrounding area and near to the borders of Somerset and Dorset. There is walking, cycling and horse riding along woodland tracks and downland. Nearby are White Sheet Nature Reserve, Longleat and Stonehenge. Shops and pubs 20 yards.

Large living room. Large dining room. Large kitchen with breakfast area. Separate toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with zip & link beds & en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower & toilet. Second floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 5ft bed, one with two additional single beds (for +2) & en-suite shower room with toilet. Bathroom with shower attachment & toilet.

    "Dewes Lodge was excellent for us - 4 adults and 5 children. Lovely comfortable sitting room; kitchen where we could all eat/cook together. We used the smart dining room for a family dinner one night. Very comfy bedrooms; plenty of bathrooms/shower rooms."
