This pretty, thatched holiday cottage with far reaching views is located just 400 yards from the heart of beautiful Broadway. One of a pair, built in the 15th century, this half-timbered property has undergone total renovation to provide a modern, up-to-date interior and has a peaceful cottage garden in which to relax after a busy day’s sightseeing. The village of Broadway is often called the ‘showpiece’ of the Cotswolds and there are many visitors who come to its broad, green-verged street to admire its attractive rows of old stone cottages with their bow windows and stone-tiled roofs. A fascinating area with many NT properties and internationally famous gardens, such as Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate Court. Shops 400 yards, pubs ⅓0.3 mile.

Living/dining room/conservatory with wood-burning stove and French doors. Farmhouse-style kitchen. Beams and flagstone tiled floor throughout. Separate toilet. Turning stairs to first floor: Beamed double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and sloping ceiling. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath power shower and toilet.
