This spacious, beautifully converted barn stands detached within its own large garden, with commanding views across the countryside. Approached by a country lane via a small woodland farm lane, Cowslip is set in the ancient farming hamlet of Roseweek. It is ideally located for walking, cycling and golf, or simply relaxing amid tranquil surrounds. There are many places of interest close by, including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and several NT properties. A short drive leads to the historic harbour of Charlestown and the picturesque village of Fowey, with the beaches and villages of the North Coast some 30 minutes by car. Shops 2 miles.
