Quietly tucked away in this most attractive fishing village just 2 minutes' walk from its picturesque harbour (pictured) sits this newly renovated and very comfortable cottage. Ideally located for enjoying beaches (Pentewan 2 miles) and coastal walking it is a mere 3 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and 8 miles from Eden – a little further afield are Lanhydrock (N.T.) and the cathedral city of Truro 18 miles. A myriad shops pubs and restaurants lie within a short stroll; golf fishing and a cycle trail are found close by.

Entrance hall with sitting area. Double bedroom and twin bedded room both with TV. Steep narrow stairs to first floor: Open plan sitting/dining room with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom/W.C. with separate shower cubicle and bidet.
