With its original machinery on view through an internal window, this fine conversion of part of an 18th-century mill has been charmingly furnished with some period and antique furniture, and enjoys a village setting (with its small patio garden) within walking distance of the green, children’s play area, shop and inn. Part of the mill is occupied by the owner’s art studio, and a public footpath runs along part of the driveway. Excellent train service to Bath and Weymouth. Yeovil (with swimming-pool) 7 miles, and the beach at Burton Bradstock is half an hour’s drive. Shop and inn 400 yards.

Living/dining room with large inglenook fireplace, rugs on wooden floor and modern kitchen area. Three easy steps to bathroom with toilet. Double bedroom with doors to patio. First floor: Two pretty bedrooms; one twin and one single, both with sloping ceiling. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
