Commanding lovely views across undulating countryside and set within easy reach of fabulous beaches these two well appointed properties also lie just 5 miles from a wealth of family entertainment at Skegness and Ingoldmells. Lovingly converted from farm buildings each cottage enjoys its own private patio with hot tub and the well stocked fishing lake is a fisherman's delight. Gibraltar Point nature reserve Horncastle for antique lovers the historic market town of Louth and Lincoln's cathedral cobbled streets fine shopping and restaurants are all an easy drive. Pub serving food ¼ mile shop 2½ miles.

Open plan beamed sitting/dining room with well equipped kitchen area and doors to patio. Double bedroom. Shower room/W.C. Stairs to galleried double bedroom.

"We had a wonderfull holiday, Tom and Abbey were always on hand if we had a problem. My husband had just finished radium treatment and location was just lovely. The fishing was great. My granddaughter was made so welcome and she loved the horse's and Abbey"
