This spacious, adjoining holiday home is set in the grounds of Chillingham Castle, reputedly Britain’s most haunted. With woodland walks from the doorstep, this is an ideal retreat. Between Alnwick and Wooler, the location is superb for exploring the Cheviots and the Northumberland National Park, with cycling, hiking and climbing. The coast, less than 20 minutes’ drive, is peppered with castles and villages, with Bamburgh being just 10 miles away. Alnwick’s famous castle was used as ‘Hogwarts’ in Harry Potter and provides a fantastic day out. Shop and pub 1 mile.
