Set amidst truly peaceful countryside in the Ribble Valley and enjoying beautiful rural views to Beacon Fells these two very comfortable newly built stone cottages are just 5 miles from roads offering swift access to a host of attractions. The Dales the Lake District Blackpool Liverpool's Albert Dock the beaches of Lytham St Anne's and Southport and Manchester's city delights are all easily within an hour's drive. The Forest of Bowland is one of England's loveliest undeveloped areas of natural beauty and good walking starts at the doorstep. Riding and golf are available locally whilst fishing and a swimming pool are 4 miles. Good restaurants shop and pub 1 mile.

Spacious farmhouse style kitchen/dining room with Rayburn cooker. Sitting room with open fire and door to patio and garden. Cloakroom/W.C. First floor: Double bedroom with 5' bed TV and ensuite shower room/W.C. Double bedroom with TV. Twin bedded room with TV. Bathroom/W.C. (shower attachment).
