In an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Argyll Forest Park, this timber lodge is one of a small group set amongst trees and lawns, enjoying peace and seclusion. The area encapsulates the essence of Scotland with mountains, lochs and sea lochs combining to create a place of great scenic beauty. There are walks and mountain bike trails to explore, or visit the Benmore Botanical Garden nearby, a satellite of the Royal Botanical Garden in Edinburgh. Wildlife is plentiful here and this is an ideal location for ornithologists, hill-walkers and ramblers. The popular seaside resort of Dunoon is 6 miles away and offers good shopping, a cinema, golf course and large indoor swimming pool. Nearest shop and pub 1 mile. This comfortable lodge is fully double glazed and central heated for a holiday at any time of year. 1 king-size double and 1 twin bedroom each with patio doors , lounge with electric focal fire and dining table open plan to well-equipped kitchen, shower room. All electric. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, auto washer/dryer, television, DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided and a cot is available for hire if arranged in advance.
